 Implementation of Official Letter No. 1121-CV / BTCTU dated April 5, 2017 of Hai Phong City Party Committee; Official Letter No. 41-CV / ĐU dated April 27, 2017 of Standing Committee of Bach Dang Construction Corporation - Joint Stock Company on organizing the congress of the Party cells under the primary Party's office term 2017-2020. Implementing the plan No. 29 / KH-ĐU dated September 15, 2017 of the Party Committee of Bach Dang Construction Joint Stock Company 201 and implementing the resolution of the XXI Party Congress on June 15, 2015.

On November 22, 2017 Party Cells and Branches of Construction Teams organized the Congress of the Branches for the 2017-2020 term.
